Am getting ready to start my moon cycle, but the pms stage lasts 2 weeks beforehand? Also my cycle tends to go into hibernation for 3 months during the winter, so this high sensitivity could last awhile. It's nice for energy work, and sucks for everyday functioning.

UPDATE: I've been supplementing with borage oil, and nearly all pms symptoms (minus achy breasts) have been GREATLY reduced. It's great not having *debilitating* cramps, acne flair-ups, uncontrollable binge-eating, etc. Symptoms are definitely still there, but manageable.

Borage oil is sold in health food stores. The ingredient that makes all the difference GLA: gamma-linolenic acid.

@viankafka Interesting, I was using hempseed oil for sauces and dressings for a while and it contains a lot of GLA, been a while since I researched it tho
